On Tuesday, October 21st at 3:15 PM an East Precinct officer on-viewed a domestic violence assault occurring at the bus stop at 23rd & Jackson. On October 22nd at around 2:38 AM,  West Precinct officers responded to the area of 2nd and Bell Street where there were reports of two shots being fired.  Officers arrived and located a male with a gun shot wound to his hand.
