On October 31st at approximately 11:30pm, two Asian males got into an argument in the parking lot on the east side of the street in the 2200 block of 1st Avenue. One of the males shot the other male in the upper right leg/groin area. An Asian female was also shot in the face, although this appears to have been accidental. The shooter and his companion carried the wounded female to their car and drove her to Swedish Hospital. Officers contacted a possible suspect at Swedish Hospital, he was transported to Police Headquarters for questioning. At the time of this report, the male victim was in serious condition and the female victim was in critical condition.
CSI responded and processed the scene. Gang unit detectives completed interviews and assisted with evidence collection.
