November 3, 2008: Officers responded to calls of shots fired in the Pratt Park area. A witness reported to have heard two shots fired near the SW side of the park around the stairs and basketball court. The witness observed a group of 15-20 males and females walking toward the location of where the shots were fired, and then scattered into the park. Additional gunshots were heard a short time after from the same location. Officers checked for possible victims and interviewed individuals arriving the area. Gang detectives also interviewed people in the area in an attempt to gain information.
