On 12/22/08 at  approximately 5:00 AM North Precinct Officers  were dispatched to a call in the 5100 block of 29 Ave NE.  The Communications Center reported that there was a disturbance in the background and that the house had several hang up calls.  It appeared that someone kept hanging up the phone to interrupt the 911 calls.   [...]
