On 12/22/08 at  approximately 5:00 AM North Precinct Officers  were dispatched to a call in the 5100 block of 29 Ave NE.  The Communications Center reported that there was a disturbance in the background and that the house had several hang up calls.  It appeared that someone kept hanging up the phone to interrupt the 911 calls.

On 12/21/08, at 6:20 p.m.,  Officers responded to the area of NE 45 and 55 NE regarding a car/sledder accident.  The investigation showed that a 16- year- old driver was struck by an errant teenaged sledder who glanced off the bumper of the oncoming vehicle at the hillcrest.  Speed estimates were minimal.
