On January 4th at approximately 3:00 P.M., the Seattle Police SWAT team deployed to apprehend the outstanding suspect believed to be involved in the homicide/shooting incident that occurred at the Chop Suey night club on January 4th at 12:27 A.M. After a lengthy stakeout, the second suspect, an 18-year-old man, was taken into custody outside of his parent’s Seattle home. The suspect was interviewed and subsequently booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Murder and Investigation of Assault. Homicide Detectives continue to actively investigate the incident.
