Shots fired in Rainier Valley, one arrested
On June 28th, at approximately 12:20 a.m., South Precinct officers responded to multiple reports of shots fired around 40 Avenue South and South Graham Street. Officers observed a vehicle leaving the area at a high rate of speed and it was subsequently stopped at Renton Avenue South and SouthTrenton. There were four subjects inside of the vehicle. Gang Unit detectives also responded to assist with the suspects. One of the suspects, a 19-year old male, was arrested and booked into the King County Jail. A handgun was recovered from the car.
