Ballard Murder suspect in custody **UPDATE**
In the early afternoon hours of July 27th Seattle Police Department SWAT team officers arrested the 17-year-old male suspect in the Ballard convenience store homicide and robbery. Information was developed during the course of the investigation that was passed on to SWAT team officers who arrested the suspect in the 900 block of NW 60th Street. The suspect was transported to the Homicide Office for further investigation.
The suspect was booked into the Youth Service Center for Investigation of Murder. We are not releasing the suspect’s name due to the fact that he is a juvenile. This remains an active and on-going Seattle Police homicide investigation.
