On 8/16/09, at approximately 4:56 p.m.,  officers responded to the 400 block of NE Northgate Way to a call of shots fired. Assault in Cowen Park

On August 16th at approximately 11:00 p.m., two men had a run-in with unknown persons in Cowen Park.  Words were exchanged and one of the men was assaulted.
