East Precinct officers recognized for work with neighborhood
On October 28th the Seattle Neighborhood Group (SNG), a non-profit group formed in 1988 to partner with residents, businesses and service providers to advocate for safe neighborhoods, presented its annual Community Builder Awards.
East Precinct Community Police Team Officers Sina Ebinger and Chris Kelley were recognized for their tireless work in partnership with SNG and the Central District community during the Drug Market Initiative project (DMI).
Both Officers, other East Precinct personnel and Assistant City Attorney Tienney Milnor were recognized with the Innovation Award for their work on DMI at the Seattle Police Foundation’s 8th Annual Awards Banquet on October 30th at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Seattle.
