On November 10th at approximately 10:00 a.m. Hoang “Wayne” Ba Nguyen, a 40-year-old male pictured above, was dropped off at Harborview Medical Center for a couple of medical appointments.  After going to the first one he walked away in an unknown direction.  Hoang has several medical issues, among those memory loss, and requires frequent medical attention.  It is likely he has no idea where he is and no idea where he lives. 

 Hoang is 5′7″ tall, 120 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair and was last seen wearing a brown baseball hat and a blue flannel coat.  Anyone who locates Hoang or has information regarding his whereabouts, call 911 or Seattle Police immediately.
