On 11/23/09, at approximately 1:19 a.m., officers saw 3 males at 13th and E. Jefferson St that were preparing to fight. When they made contact with the subjects, the suspect dropped a revolver on the ground and attempted to kick it away.
Officers took the suspect into custody. Subsequent investigation showed that the suspect had initiated the disturbance and had displayed the handgun towards the victim to intimidate him.
Officers were eventually able to determine that the handgun had been stolen in a burglary. The suspect was booked King County Jail for Investigation of Harassment and Investigation of Possesion of a Stolen Firearm.
