Live ‘Smoke Projectile’ found in dumpster
On 01-04-2010 at 9:30 a.m. a dumpster was being emptied at a Transfer Station in the 1300 block of North 34th Street. In the debris the employees found an ‘OD green-colored’ 155 millimeter Howitzer artillery round. Seattle Police Arson Bomb Squad detectives responded to the scene.
