Bank Robber quickly caught after North Seattle robbery

Victim too drunk to ID suspect in robbery
On January 8th at approximately 11:00 p.m. the victim had finished working at a sandwich shop in the 400 block of Cedar Street. A 911 call was received at approximately 2:00 a.m. from a 36-year-old man in a kayak who reported his 28-year-old companion was in the water.
