Stabbing in Pioneer Square

On October 29th at approximately 5:25 p.m. officers responded to the 300 block of 2nd Avenue Extension South for the report of a stabbing.  Officers arrived on scene and located one adult male victim in his 40′s who had been stabbed in the torso.  SFD medics responded to the scene and transported the victim to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. 

The suspect is currently at large.  He is described as a black male, 35-40 years old, wearing a tan puffy jacket with black sleeves and possibly carrying a duffle bag. 

Anyone with information about this incident or who may know the identity or whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call 911 or Seattle Police immediately.
