On 8/13/11, at approximately 12:00 a.m., officers responded to the 300 block of NE 72 St to a report of noises behind a restaurant at the listed address.
Officers located an entry point to the business (broken window) and requested K9 to respond. Upon hearing the K9 search announcement, the suspect immediately gave himself up. The suspect was subsequently booked into King County Jail for Investigation of Burglary.
