Teen Employment program graduates
The Seattle Police Department’s Teen Employment program completed their program on August 23rd. The Teen Employment Program started on July 19th, 2011 with youth completing 70 hour of work in one of the department’s five precincts. Their work and input has been invaluable to the department. Update to shooting assault, vehicle crash
The two suspects in the late night shooting near Boren Avenue and Pine Street are 22 and 25 year old males. They were both booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of VUFA (Felon in possession of a firearm), Drive By Shooting, and three counts of Felony Assault. Gang Unit detectives continue to actively investigate.
