Buy-bust operation in Belltown
During the overnight hours of September 20th, West Precinct Anti-Crime Team and West Precinct 3rd Watch bike officers conducted a buy-bust operation in Belltown. In all, seven adult men were arrested. Five were booked into King County Jail for delivery of narcotics and two were released. A total of 4.9 grams of crack cocaine and $685 was seized.

Homicide investigation in Central District
On September 22nd, at approximately 6:36 am, Seattle Police responded to a disturbance at 26th Avenue and East Jefferson Street. On September 20th, just before 5:00 am, a witness observed a male setting a fire in a plastic recycle bin in the alley between 3rd and 4th Avenue on Blanchard Street.
