Officers/Detectives use old fashion gum-shoe detective work to track down 2 bank robbers

Suspect identified in May hit and run

Seattle Police Traffic Collision Investigation Squad (TCIS) detectives are attempting to locate Daniel Newell, 28 for the May 30th hit and run which injured a 9 year old girl.  Newell was driving a stolen vehicle when he struck the girl.  The girl is still recovering from her injuries.
