Tents removed from Westlake Park
On October 5th Seattle Police encouraged demonstrators to remove tents from city property (Westlake Park). After numerous refusals to comply, officers arrested 25 demonstrators. Of the 25 arrests, there were 21 adult males, two adult females, and two juvenile females. Sixteen demonstrators were interviewed and released from the West Precinct. Aggressive driver and school zone enforcement patrols

North Pct officers arrest 2 burglars
On 10/5/11, at approximately 5:00 a.m., officers responded to the 8300 block of 5th Avenue NE to a reported burglary in progress. Prior to officers arrival the suspects fled in a silver Jaguar. Officers quickly located and stopped the suspect vehicle. Both adult male suspects were removed from the vehicle and detained without incident.
