After the tent was erected, one of the individuals, a 20 year old male, entered the tent.  The individual was taken into custody the tent was taken down.  The suspect was transported to the West Precinct where he was indentified and released.  A report was written and will be forwarded to the City Attorney’s Office.

At approximately 2:30 am, an elderly woman stated that she wanted to be arrested.  She began to erect a structure out of signs and refused to take it down when asked by officers.  The woman again repeated that she wanted to be arrested.  She was very cooperative with the officers.  She was taken into custody and transported to the West Precinct, where she was interviewed and released.  A report was written and forwarded to the City Attorney’s Office.
