On 1/30/12, at approximately 8:48 a.m., an officer was dispatched to a bank in the 4000 block of E. Madison St to investigate property damage. According to the complainant/Bank Manager; sometime overnight persons unknown sprayed painted the words “NO BANK” “NO COPS” “OCCUPY” “OAKLAND” on the exterior doors of the bank. The suspect(s) also smashed an exterior window next to the graffiti. No suspect information.
