On February 12th at approximately 3:28 a.m. officers responded to reports of shots fired and a subject down in the 1900 block of 1st Avenue South. Prior to the officers’ arrival on scene, two adult male gunshot victims were placed in personal vehicles and transported to Harborview Medical Center for treatment of their life-threatening injuries.
Preliminary investigation indicates that a fight disturbance broke out between an unknown number of subjects near a nightclub. The disturbance escalated into gunfire and two adult males, 21 and 22 years of age, were shot.
Homicide/Assault and CSI detectives responded to the scene and continue to actively investigate.
