Earlier this week the Lake City Elks Club honored North Precinct Officer Rob Howard as their Lake City Police Officer of the Year. Officer Howard was honored in part for his committment to excellence and the extraordinary service he has provided over the years to residents of Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) buildings. Assistant Chief Sanford, Acting Captain Rasmussen and Sergeant Newsom of the North Precinct were on hand at the Elks event. Thank you to the Lake City Elks and congratulations Rob!
