On 6/2/2012, at approximately 2:00 a.m., officers were dispatched to a disturbance call with reported shots fired outside a bar. A search of the area located a couple hiding in the bushes in the 900 block of 100th. They told Officers they were hiding because they had been shot at.
As they were leaving officers found a handgun on the ground where they had been, this handgun was registered to the male hiding in the bushes. Additional evidence was located at the scene. The subject was placed under arrest for discharge of a firearm and reckless endangerment.
A search of the area for victims or property damage was negative
