Yesterday at about 4:30 pm, a suspect walked into the the Homestreet Bank located in the 8200 Block of 35th Avenue NE and demanded money from the teller. He was armed with a black semi-auto handgun. The suspect received an undisclosed amount of cash and the fled the bank on foot, last seen headed eastbound on NE 82nd Street. North Precinct patrol officers and detectives responded to the location. The suspect is still outstanding. This suspect is believed to be the same suspect that robbed a Key Bank on the same street on September 7th.
The suspect is described as follows: White male, approximately 6′ tall, medium build, between 30-40 years old, wearing a baseball cap, brown hair, facial hair, and blue eyes. If anyone has any information on this suspect, please call Seattle Police.
