Fugitive in 36-year old Maine murder case behind bars
Detectives from Maine State Police, Augusta (Maine) Police and Seattle Police arrested 63-year old fugitive Gary Sanford Raub yesterday afternoon in the University District. Detectives found him sitting on the sidewalk in the 4500 block of University Way NE. He was arrested without incident.
