Garage fire intentionally set

North Seattle garage fire intentionally set. Officers were dispatched to a garage that was fully engulfed by fire in the 4100 block of 12 AVE NE this morning just shortly before 11:00 a.m. There was no one inside the garage.

Seattle Fire Department extinguished the fire, and called for the Arson Bomb Squad. A witness told officers that he didn’t see anyone, but he heard a man and woman arguing inside the garage shortly before the fire. These two people left the area before police arrived, and could not be located.

Photos of the scene were taken. There was slight damage to the adjacent garage and some heat damage to two of the windows of the apartment across the alley.

This is an open and active investigation. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call 9-1-1. Anonymous tips are welcome.
