Burglars hit two homes in North Seattle early this morning while the homeowners were present. Officers responded to two separate 911 calls of occupied burglaries that both occurred in the 4700 block of 19th Avenue NE at approximately 7:00 a.m. In both cases the suspects left the premises after encountering a resident, but not before stealing computers and cell phones. Nobody was injured during either incident. Officers conducted an area search however, the suspects remain at large.
The descriptions of the suspects provided in both burglaries were the same: two black males wearing ski masks and gloves and wearing all dark clothing.
Anyone with information about these incidents or who may know the identities or whereabouts of the suspects is asked to call 911 or Seattle Police and refer to these incidents.
North Precinct Burglary detectives are handling the follow up investigations.
