Police arrr investigating how a plundered pickup truck ended up in the waters of Lake Washington Monday afternoon.
Around 1:30 pm, police received a call about a truck underwater in Magnuson Park, where patrol officers spotted the aft-end of a waterlogged black 2006 Ford F-150 under a dock.
After Harbor Patrol checked the truck to make sure no one was inside, police ran the truck’s plates and discovered the Ford was stolen in King County.
Officers had to call in a tow truck to fish the Ford out of the lake, and are now looking for the scallywags responsible for sending the truck to a watery grave.
