Armed Robbery of a Jewelry Store in South Seattle

A man and a woman remain at large after they committed an armed robbery of a jewelry store in South Seattle today. 

At approximately 2:13 p.m. officers responded to the 7100 block of MLK Jr. Way South for the report of an armed robbery.  The two involved suspects fled the scene of the robbery in a large blue 4-door sedan with a “rice crispie” logo on it.  The suspect vehicle was described as having yellow damage or repairs on it as well.  The suspects were last seen traveling southbound in the 9200 block of Rainier Avenue South.

Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 20-25 years old, 5’6″ tall, 140 pounds, and last seen wearing a New York Yankees cap and a black and red jacket. 

Suspect #2 is described as a black female, 20-25 years old.

Anyone with information about this incident or who may know the identities or whereabouts of the suspects or suspect vehicle is asked to call 911 or Seattle Police and refer to this incident.  Anonymous tips are welcome.
