The suspect walked into a store in the 500 block of Pine St. at 10:50 a.m. Thursday and went straight to the jewelry department.  He asked to see few pieces including a one-of-a-kind yellow-diamond ring.  The suspect displayed a handgun and told the sales associate that he was going to take the jewelry.  The suspect walked out of the store and hopped onto a waiting bicycle and peddled out of the area.

Officers flooded the surrounding blocks but were unable to find the suspect.
