Masked Men Assault and Rob South Seattle Homeowner

Detectives are investigating a home invasion robbery where three masked burglars barged into a home and assaulted a man early Saturday morning.

Officers rushed to the call in the 4500 block South Findlay St. at 12:30 AM Saturday. The victim said he was sleeping when he heard a knock at the back door of his home.  The victim checked and didn’t see anyone at the door.  The victim then thought he heard a knock at the front door, believing it was his family returning home, he opened the front door.  Three suspects wearing Ronald Reagan masks pushed their way through the opening and struck the homeowner in the head with a pistol.  The suspects ransacked the home taking a computer and some jewelry before fleeing the house.

A canine officer responded and attempted to track the suspects, but was unable to locate them.  The victim was unable to provide a detailed description of the suspects.
