Detectives are investigating after police found an injured man with a lacerated throat and a trail of blood Friday night in the International District.
Officers received several 911 reports just after 5 PM of a man in the 600 block of South King St. bleeding from his neck. Medics arrived and rushed the 49-year-old man to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Officers then followed a trail of blood for almost ten blocks, to 7th Ave. South and South Jackson St
Police are still investigating the cause of the man’s injuries, and detectives are asking for anyone with information about this incident to please call (206) 233-5000.
