Detectives are looking for leads as they search for a man who robbed two people at gunpoint on July 3rd in the Capitol Hill and Fremont neighborhoods.
Police believe Garrett Shipley approached his victims, claimed he was having an emergency and needed to borrow their cellphones. When the victims handed over their phones, Shipley fled in a grey 2002 Dodge Stratus.
