Police Arrest Man In Connection With Monday Shootout Near Beacon Hill

Seattle police have arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with a shootout Monday afternoon at 29th Avenue S. and S. Adams Street.

Detectives arrested the man after linking him to a brown Maserati, which witnesses spotted fleeing the scene of the gun fight. Officers later found the car, unoccupied, near Martin Luther King Jr. Way and S. Hanford Street.

No one was injured in the incident.

Police arrested the 19-year-old man around 12:30 PM Wednesday near 12th Avenue and E. Jefferson Street and later booked him into the King County Jail for a firearms violation.
