Officers Arrest Man Passed Out in Car, Uncover Stash of Guns, Drugs, and Money

A felon was arrested on Wednesday after he was discovered passed out in his car, leading police to weapons and narcotics.

Patrol officers responded with the Seattle Fire Department to check on a man passed out behind the wheel of his pick-up truck.  The man was awakened by the fire department and admitted to taking Xanax. The man was subsequently arrested for an outstanding warrant and upon his search, a handgun was located in an ankle holster.

Seattle Police Major Crimes Task Force detectives served search warrants on the suspect’s truck and house. Inside the truck police seized two assault rifles, a sawed-off shotgun, ammunition, $3600 in cash, and a large amount Xanax pills. Inside the suspect’s residence the police seized two more guns, meth, cocaine, and marijuana as well as the supplies needed for packaging and mailing the narcotics.

The suspect was booked into King County Jail for narcotics, felon in possession of a firearm, and his warrant.
