Update: Clark turned himself in to police in downtown Seattle Thursday afternoon and was booked into the King County Jail.
SPD detectives need your help locating a stalking and arson suspect.
According to detectives, 46-year-old David Clark has been stalking an ex-girlfriend, and attempted to set her residence on fire last month. Clark has been arrested for domestic violence assault in the past and is believed to frequent the Capitol Hill and Belltown areas. Prosecutors have filed charges against Clark and police are seeking to arrest him.
