Police arrested a man suspected in robberies at two North Seattle pharmacies Wednesday.
Employees at a drug store in the 8500 block of NE 35 St first called 911 to report a robbery late Wednesday morning. Officers arrived and were speaking with the employees when they received another report of a robbery at a pharmacy in the 3000 block of NE 125 St.
Officers quickly arrived and realized the suspect description matched in both cases. When officers attempted to contact the man on the street, he ran off through the surrounding neighborhood.
Police found a home with a kicked-in door nearby and spotted the suspect running through a nearby yard. Officers took the man into custody and booked him into jail for the robberies and are now investigating him for burglary as well.
