Officers have located both children and their parents in the 1900 block of 5 Ave.

Officers are searching for two children after their parents took the children from protective custody.
Alexis, a 5-year-old girl, and Judah, a 1-year-old boy, were last seen in the 11000 block of 8 Ave. NE at midnight last night. They are believed to be with their parents, Alexis and Lisa Lynley, both of whom are transient and are not known to have a vehicle.
