Detectives are investigating after a man killed an acquaintance in the 8400 block of Rainier Avenue South Sunday evening.
Officers were dispatched to an apartment in the 8400 block of Rainier Avenue South report of a down person just after 10PM. Officers arrived minutes later and found the victim dead inside the appartment.
Officers were able to develop a possible suspect identification and are currently searching for him.
Homicide detectives are now working to understand what led up to the assault.
