Detectives Seek to Identify Voyeurism Suspect

Detectives are attempting to identify the suspect in a voyeurism case that occurred downtown last October.

Around noon on October 17th, 2017, a woman was followed into a downtown building in the 1500 block of 4th Avenue by the unknown suspect.  As she ascended the escalator, the victim felt something touch her leg.  The victim turned around and saw the suspect standing behind her on the escalator recording up her skirt with his cell phone.  The suspect is described as a black male, 5’6″-5’8″ tall, wearing a green camouflage coat, black scarf, white shirt, blue jeans and brown boots.  He was seen carrying a black and brown backpack.  The suspect left the building on foot.
