SPD Publishes Community Engagement Program Report May 2018

Committed to building trust through community engagement, transparency, and accountability, the Seattle Police Department has continued to strengthen and expand its initiatives to actively engage the community as a partner in keeping Seattle safe and welcoming for all. In our, Community Engagement Program Report May 2018, which was filed yesterday at the The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, we provide updated information regarding our many ongoing initiatives, partnerships, and strategies around outreach, engagement, and recruitment. Our community outreach programming includes the Immigrant Family Institute, Community Police Academy and SeaPAL just to name a few.
