Two suspects were arrested early this morning following a home invasion robbery to a residence.  Three accomplices that were with the arrested suspects managed to flee the scene prior to the officer’s arrival.

At approximately 1:30 Tuesday morning, a witness called 911 to report that five suspects had broken into a residence in the 8300 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Way South.

Officers responded and surrounded the home, containing two of the suspects inside.  Unfortunately, the other three suspects managed to get away before the police arrived.  Officers arrested the two suspects.   Robbery detectives later interviewed the suspects at police headquarters.

Following the interviews, the two male suspects, ages 23 and 19, were booked into the King County Jail for investigation of robbery.  Detectives will continue to investigate.  Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact Seattle Police.
