Officers assist in rescue of tenants

On September 22nd, at approximately 11:10 pm, North Precinct patrol officers were flagged down by a citizen advising them of a structure fire in the 11500 Block of 15th Avenue NE.  The officers could see flames shooting from the roof of the building and quickly notified the Seattle Fire Department….
