Woman Arrested after Belltown Shooting

Officers arrested a woman after a drive-by shooting in Belltown early Saturday morning. Officers were out amongst the late night crowds in Belltown when they heard shots near 1st Ave. and Blanchard St. A woman immediately called 911 to report a bullet had passed through her apartment window.
