#2020-299208/North Precinct/Third Watch:  On 10-202020 at 2241 hours, a passerby observed a male lying in the roadway with obvious trauma resulting from a vehicle. She noted a white van drive away from the male in the roadway, but no actual collision was observed. Seattle Fire responded and declared the male in his 50s deceased.
