#2023-205963/East Precinct/Third Watch:

On 7/21/2023 at 0036hrs call received reporting a male on the ground with two others assaulting him. Officers arrived and contacted the victim. The victim had been robbed and sustained a laceration to the head. The victim was highly intoxicated and reported that he believed he was targeted due to his race and religion.

#2023-205934/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

Officers responded to an explosion in the 4600 block of SW Massachusetts ST with a subsequent brush fire. Officers determined that unknown suspect(s) detonated a firework which ignited dry shrubbery and the deck to a residence. SFD responded and doused the fire. Officers canvassed for evidence, witnesses, and video. ABS notified.

#2023-205971/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

Victims were seated in their vehicle in the 6300 block of California AVE SW when they were approached by two unknown male suspects. One produced a handgun and demanded victims get out of the car. Victims complied and suspects got in the car and drove away SB at a high rate of speed. Negative on tracking. Officers canvassed for video.

#2023-206082/East Precinct/First Watch:

Officers responded to a loud explosion from an encampment located west of Harbor View Medical Center. Upon arrival, Officers advised there was a large fire in the encampment and requested Seattle Fire. Officers observed multiple people running from the encampment. Traffic was shut down and the scene was contained while SFD put out the fire. One victim walked to Harbor View Medical Center with injuries. ABS responded to the scene but did not locate any obvious explosive or incendiary devices.

#2023-206492/South Precinct/Second Watch:

A suspect robbed a local bank and ran off. The scene was processed by patrol. A K9 track was attempted with negative results.

#2023-206608/South Precinct/Second Watch:

A suspect attempted to stab multiple workers at a construction site. The workers were able to fend off the attacker using improvised weapons. The suspect then robbed a nearby store. Officers arrested the suspect as he fled the scene on foot.

#2023-207042/North Precinct/Third Watch:

On the listed date / time, 911 received a call regarding a male breaking into a business. Officers and K-9 responded to the seen and found it to be a good burglary with the suspect still inside. Patrol attempted to gain voluntary compliance from the suspect to exit who refused. K-9 and patrol conducted a building search for the suspect. Suspect was located and booked into KCJ for Inv. Burglary.

#2023-206924/North Precinct/Third Watch:

On listed date / time, 911 received a call about a male being stabbed in the 12200 blk of Aurora AV N. Officers responded and obtained a description of the suspect from the victim. Other responding officers located a subject matching the suspect’s description and conducted a stop. While with the subject, a witness approached and gave a positive ID. Suspect was taken into custody without incident. Victim was taken to hospital in stable condition.

#2023-207035/South Precinct/Third Watch:

Officers were dispatched to a shots call near Rainier Ave S and Seward Park Ave S. Officers located spent rifle shell casings in a parking lot. No victims or property damage were located. According to a witness, a suspect fired a rifle into the air from inside of a vehicle and then drove off at a high rate of speed.
