#2023-336355/Southwest Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1242 hours the victim advertised a high value jacket for sale on social media and agreed to meet a buyer in a park the 9200 blk 29 Ave SW. The suspect met with the victim, tried on the jacket, and then produced a handgun and pointed it at the victim. The suspect fled the scene on foot still in possession of the jacket. The victim called 911 and requested police assistance. Containment was set up and K9, assisted by guardian 1, conducted a track that ended in a busy shopping center. SW Patrol processed the scene.

#2023-336387/East Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1317 hours on 11/21/2023 officers responded to a call to service in the area of S Jackson St and MLK WY S. The victim was reporting that the suspect had taken his wallet from the counter of a convenient store and ran into the passenger side of a waiting vehicle. The victim confronted the suspect and tried to get the wallet back at the passenger side of the vehicle and during the scuffle the vehicle fled driving over the victim’s leg. Seattle Fire treated the victim on scene. No major injuries to the victim were located with only small lacerations and road rash. An area check for the suspect led to negative results and the convenient store has no operational cameras.

#2023-336534/Southwest Precinct/Second Watch:

On 11/21/2023 at 1537 hours, officers responded to a possible robbery call at the 4000 Block of SW Alaska St. The victim advised he was withdrawing money at the outside Bank ATM machine, when he noticed an unknown male suspect standing behind him. After withdrawing $100 dollars, the victim turned around noticed the suspect wearing a ski masking covering his face. The suspect started to reach towards his back waistband area. The victim feared that the suspect was going to grab a gun but did not see any weapon. The suspect grabbed the $100 dollars from the victim and fled the scene in a silver sedan. Officers conducted an area search for the suspect but could not locate. The victim suffered no injuries.

#2023-336631/Southwest Precinct/Second Watch:

On 11/21/2023 at approximately 1729 hours, officers responded to a threat of a Seattle Fire Fighter at Sw Avalon Wy/ 35 Av Sw. SFD advised that they were providing medical attention on the suspect. The suspect then made several threats to kill the fire fighters, while they were attempting to give medical treatment to the suspect. The suspect then fled the scene on foot heading southbound. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the suspect. No K9 resources were available. No fire fighters were injured. Prior to this incident, the same suspect threatened unknown people inside a King County Metro bus with a box cutter. King County Sheriff was unable to locate any victim on that incident.

#2023-335564/West Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1445 hours, officers responded to the 1600 block of Boren Ave and arrested a suspect wanted for a robbery involving a firearm the day prior at the same location. Officers contacted GVRU and determined the suspect was also wanted in connection with an assault with a firearm earlier in the summer where the victim was shot in the face. Officers locked down the suspect’s apartment and obtained a warrant to search it. With the assistance of GVRU officers recovered several handgun rounds from the apartment. GVRU will be handling the follow up.

#2023-336799/East Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2139 hours East Precinct officers responded 2310 E Pike St for the report of multiple gun shots heard. Officers arrived and located 22 spent casings at the intersection of 24th / E Pike St. No significant property damage occurred, and no known victims were located. Screened by GVRU.

#2023-336879/West Precinct/Third Watch:

At 0035 hours officers located a suspicious vehicle at 13 AV S / S Lane, unoccupied, and observed five subjects on foot about a block away. After running the VIN and determining it was not stolen, officers left the area. Minutes later, multiple gunshots were reported in a nearby encampment. Responding officers located one victim with a GSW to the leg and facial injuries. Victim was transported to HMC with non-life-threatening injuries. A second GSW victim arrived at Swedish Cherry Hill in a white SUV and was subsequently transported to HMC. Unknown relationship at this time between two victims. Patrol processed the scene. GVRU, Media and 223 notified.
