#2023-335788/West Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2300 hours, officers responded to the 400 block of 8th Ave South to a report of an argument and a single gunshot. After investigating, officers determined there was a physical fight during which a single shot was fired in the air by an unknown suspect who fled. A single FCC was located and recovered from the sidewalk outside of the address. There were no injuries or property damage. GVRU responded.
#2023-335727/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At approximately 2131hrs, officers were dispatched to a shooting near the 9400 blk of Rainier Av S. 9mm shell casings were located at the scene. 4 bullet fragments and a slug were also recovered. No injuries were reported, and the fleeing victim vehicle never called 911 to report the incident. GVRU was notified.
#2023-295417/Southwest Precinct/First Watch:
A detective conducted an extensive investigation and developed PC on one of the suspect for 3 armed carjackings and 4 armed robberies. With the assistance of the Robbery Unit, MCTF and SWAT, the suspect was placed into custody shortly after leaving his West Seattle residence. During the arrest, the suspect was armed with a handgun.
