At 1144 hours, Officers responded to a 911 call about a suspect with a large knife threatening and chasing various residents inside of an apartment building. Multiple counts of felony harassment were developed on the suspect who had since retreated inside his apartment and refused to exit. Containment was established and a search warrant was obtained. HNT was called to the scene and negotiated the surrender of the suspect without further incident. A search warrant was executed by officers and the knife was recovered. Suspect booked into KCJ.
